Holzers Traditionshaus in Niederzier

On the occasion of a small private anniversary, we were looking for a way to celebrate in Corona times. And happened to come across the option "Motorhome Dinner". So the choice fell on Holzer's traditional house - and we were not disappointed! After a nice hike with a dog (Ms. Neubert even brought us information about the Indeland and a hiking map for the mobile home at the "Wanderparkplatz Niederzierer See"), we had the "goose menu" with red cabbage, chestnuts, potato dumplings and stuffed potato plus a few days beforehand Red wine ordered by mail or by phone - very nice, personal contact. It was delivered there punctually at the agreed time: on hot, covered plates with cutlery, wine glasses, serviettes, apple and calvados sauce separately and also including a tub / disinfectant wipes to remove the used dishes - so absolutely "Corona conform" .. ..The menu: quality and taste very, very good, overall excellently organized and the idea of ​​the motorhome dinner implemented with great commitment. Thank you, absolutely recommendable!

Last night we had the honor of being the first with our motorhome who were allowed to eat very delicious food on site. It was delicious with hot plates. We would like to thank you again for the great service and it was just good to have the feeling of "having gone out to dinner" during this time 🤗 keep it up, we'll be back!

I ordered food there today for my birthday. Of course, I would have preferred to eat there, but Corona doesn't allow that. The food was wrapped warm on warm porcelain plates and served on the dining table. The sauce was packaged separately. Everything was perfect, warm, tasty and crispy. I can 100% recommend the quality, quantity and service. Thank you!

Very nice, family-run restaurant. The food is fresh and very tasty, the pea soup is awesome. I always like to come back and you feel good. A lot of importance is attached to compliance with the Corona regulations. In a nutshell: very good cuisine. Until next time.

Stayed here several times with 4 to 6 people. Enjoyed reasonable service and very tasty cuisine. Praise to the chef!

We spent Christmas Eve there. Very nice atmosphere, the service was very courteous and friendly. The food was very, very good. Everything fresh and spaetzle homemade. The steak melted on the tongue. We felt in good hands. All in all it was great. Thank you for the nice evening. We would like to come again.

Unfortunately I can not confirm the good reviews. Had a rump steak ... Ca. 1/3 was not edible ... because full of sinews. When asked, I was told by the service, you would have to contact the supplier. That's it! No discount or anything else. Something does not work. This was our first and last time here.

A beautiful restaurant with a relaxing beer garden. The personnel was very polite and welcoming! After being served our meal we were delighted to enjoy the very tasty and excellent presented dishes!!! Family-friendly traditional house, all dishes always freshly prepared. Coffee and cake. Great beer garden, herb garden. Parking spaces at the house. Bowling alley. Here the guest is still noticed.

After a nice bike tour we stopped here and were not disappointed. Attentive, very friendly service and excellent food. Everything was freshly made and the other dishes on the menu were without flavor enhancers and additives. Also very delicious dessert (strawberry cream cake) and lovingly made drinks. We would love to come back.

A very friendly, family run business. Arrived there early afternoon and were hungry after a long trip. Were made to feel welcome and were served very good food at a quite reasonable price. Won't be our last visit here. Recommend.
